  I have been coming to the Colville office for at least 5 years. Joe is always friendly, efficient and it is nice to do business with him.

  We were treated as if we were old friends. I felt Joe was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He did not try to high pressure me into anything. I am beyond pleased and the speed with which I will be back into hearing aids was terrific. I will definitely be a patient/customer here far into the future. Thank you for such excellent care.

  Joe at Miracle Ear is very nice and explained everything to me very well. I'm happy with my hearing aids so far. It's only been one day. But I don't expect there to be any problems.

  The staff is very nice and not pushy at all. When I was tested, I tried the hearing aids. After a few weeks, I didn't see enough of a difference to warrant paying that much for hearing aids. A couple weeks after I returned them, I realized they helped much more than I thought. So, back I went and ordered a pair. I realize that I can now hear the coffee pot beep when the coffee is ready and when it turns off. I can also hear the oven beep when it has preheated and the oven timer when it beeps. I also am not asking "what did you say?" all the time. If the employees had been the least bit pushy, I would not have gone back to order mine. I wear them every day and am very grateful to the staff here in Colville Washington.
