Have a raging sinus infection requiring four medications. Tried to call to get an estimate on when I can pick it up. 1) couldn't get through 2) got through but was immediately put on hold, eventually hung up on 3) answered and immediately hung up, not even put on hold 4) no answer. I didn't want to go all the way there just to not have the meds so I waited another day. Tried to call today, no answer. Sent my partner to pick up meds, 3 medications I DONT need are filled, but none that I DO need. Now it's two days of work I'm missing because I can't get my meds. I am patient through every issue I run into here, but missing work and two additional days I'm miserable and in pain because they can't get it together is too much. I'll be going elsewhere and I recommend anyone else do the same. It's also not lost on me that every review response says "use the contact us" but every review states that they tried to contact and couldnt get through. All the responses also say "thanks well work on it!" But every review is the same and it's only gotten worse. Tell me how to "contact" you and tell me what you're doing to improve cause it doesn't look like much. Support your staff better. Support your customers better. Do better.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Takes them more then two days to fill a prescription which I have never experienced a delay like that in medication at any other Safeway pharmacy. They also don’t answer there phone and it takes an hour to get through there line just to find out your medicine isn’t ready.

People are hard working and polite. They need more staff or something though because the workers are thoroughly overwhelmed constantly. Waits are consistently 30 minutes to an hour in line. Prescriptions take multiple weeks to fill at times.

I’m sure it’s a staffing issue from management, the staff are always nice and working hard but every single time I have to call to ask them to fill my prescription, if I don’t call it will just go unfilled for days and days. So I have to call if I want it in a reasonable time, but then when I call it just goes unanswered.

There is an obvious issue with this pharmacy they never have my time sensitive medications filled in a timely manner. I gave them an entire week to fill the remainder of my time sensitive med and still wasn't ready when I showed up to get it. I have to wait in a long line just to be told it's not ready yet, they claim give us a few more hours or it will be done tomorrow and it's literally never ready. Waiting in a long line multiple times in the same day for my prescription only to be told; not ready yet over and over again is the most frustrating thing I've ever had to experience. I try to call the pharmacy so I don't have to stand in line just to be turned away, but what do ya know I've called the pharmacy over 30 times now in the past few months and never once got through to anyone. Driving all the way to Spokane for my meds is a pain but compared to this is gonna be worth all the gas money it will cost me to do so. You are the worst rated pharmacy in all of Spokane and I see why. is there any hope for this place? You know there is an issue here! Is anything being done to try and improve these know issues so the people of Cheney don't have to take there business else where?
