I have had the pleasure of dealing with Riley at this store 2 times now and I have to say she really knows how to help a costumer out she is super nice and understands what I am doing and. Today (Monday, November 10th), I arrived at GNC Burlington Crossings expecting them to be open at their posted time of 10:00 AM.
I’ve been here since 10:16 AM. It is now 10:58 AM, and the doors are still locked and closed. I have watched about six other customers try to open the doors.
I have 8 cases to pick up from an online order.
This is a major inconvenience and shows a severe lack of respect for customers' time. If your posted hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, the business needs to be operational at 10 AM sharp. I cannot rely on this store if they fail to open on time, especially since their stated schedule is only 10 AM to 7 PM.

I returned the next day and spoke with the manager, who sincerely apologized and explained that there had been an unexpected employee emergency. He personally drove in from Bellingham to open the store. I truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty in addressing the issue. Mistakes happen, and the manager’s response showed genuine care for customers.
Because of that, I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars — thank you for taking responsibility and ensuring great service going forward!

It’s 546pm on Saturday 1/11 and the store is locked up, no note or anything and they say they are open till 7pm, but definitely closed early. Update for Sunday 1/
12 went in and the manager is the sweetest person ever. She definitely understands what true customer services apologize for inconvenience with a mishap with an order and definitely went above and beyond so I would definitely be changing my rating to a four star because she definitely took care of things
