  Dr Ricardo and assistant Leslie were excellent. We had a dental emergency with excruciating pain, and fortunately for us -especially my wife - they were able to get us in. Not only that, everything was done in a very professional, caring and gentle manor. This is our second visit to BFD and each time they were great. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!   Ease of booking? 5/5 Reception team? 5/5 Doc and his assistant? 5/5 Dr. Ricardo and his assistant Leslie were amazing! I have a limited budget and received at least 3 options to help resolve my issue. The doctor was excellent at explaining each option and listening to my concerns. He came back before I left to make sure the broken edge wasn't going to irritate my lip while I wait for the extraction. Leslie was an absolute gem too. She walked me through what was going to happen, what would be used, she even brought out a replica so I would have a visual explanation of how one of the procedures would work. For someone that is terrified of dentists due to previous experiences, I can confidently say I feel comfortable at Burlington Family Dentistry. 5/5

  I had pretty significant pain due to an infection of a tooth that needed to be pulled at some point anyway. As a new customer, I walked in, hoping to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. They were able to schedule me same day! And the appointment was for X-rays and cleaning so I would be able to follow up soon with the extraction. But when I showed up, the hygienist and dr could tell how much pain I was in, they fit an extraction into the schedule. Not only were they kind enough to accommodate me same day, but they listened to my concerns, explained my options, provided a cost estimate prior to extraction, and were extremely kind and gentle. I couldn't have asked for better!

  This place is literally a scam. They forced us to take multiple X-rays after we spent almost 20-30 minutes taking X-rays the previous day just so we could pay more money. They used most of the cleaning appointment time taking X-rays and made us come back the next day b/c there was not enough time to do what we actually came there for. When we came back the next day we were forced to take more X-rays then was hit with a bill. When I spoke with the front desk they said they removed the extra X-rays which isn’t true because we were forced to pay. There reviews on yelp are scary and they are very pushy about money. I get an uneasy vibe here. The dentist was only willing to pull 4 of my wisdom teeth and is unwilling to fill 2 of them instead of discuss other options for it??
