  Stay way. Doctor was awful and gave me such a wrong prescription (reducing .75 of one of my lenses) which result in 200 bucks waste in my new glasses. Few weeks later I had to spend with another doctor/clinic because I was having nauseas and blurry vision and sure enough, my eyes never got such an .75 improvement as doctor rude in this clinic said. Highly recommend you to avoid this place.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Dale prescribed my daughter glasses that were far too strong. After wearing them, she went from having an astigmatism to being farsighted in one eye and nearsighted in the other. As a result, she has now developed a lazy eye, which we are hoping will correct itself over time. After taking her to a new optometrist for a comprehensive exam, they were shocked by the prescription she had been given. We also immediately noticed how much more thorough the new provider was compared to Dr. Dale. This experience has been extremely concerning and disappointing, especially when it involves a child’s vision.

  Dr is rude, does not listen to your concerns or reason for being there. Went in with light sensitivity 9 months, multiple appt, as well as a pair of glasses that I did need nor can use. Do not recommend coming here.

  Dr. Dale and his staff are all excellent at customer service. I have seen many optometrists before, but he is one of the best. Very thorough and takes the time to explain what my exam is showing. GREAT CLINIC!!!

  Never got a good fit, they're crooked. Another time tried to replace the lenses in my glasses while they were on the phone, broke the gold frames. Multitasking talking to her kid. Should have heated the frames first..Just reached over and bent them and they cracked. Told me it'd take 2 weeks for the replaced frames. It's been 3 months now and still they have not received the replace frames...Who knows? They didn't even setup an appointment before all this! "oh I must have forgot to click the button.. BUT WE CAN SEE YOU cause we are not busy." I don't need new glasses! I just wanted them adjusted..Just want my money back and they can cram it.
