- MDMelaniece DerrNov 4, 20251.0I was switched to this pharmacy from RiteAid. At first I was understanding with the extreme lines, and very long waits for med refills. Months later and the experience has only worsened, it is not uncommon for me to wait up to a week to receive my medications. They never fill them in a timely manner. I am currently 2 days out of a medication I requested a refill for a week ago. I called to switch to Safeway today and I will probably receive my pills, even with the time it takes to complete the transfer request, before Fredmyers pharmacy would complete the refill. I wouldn’t send medications for my poop in the toilet to this pharmacy!

Shouldn’t be in Customer Service with those attitudes. Edit: I called the pharmacy this morning to get a prescription filled and I talked to Amy and she was very helpful and sweet. Thank you Amy!

- NMNoe Your Horror MovieOct 17, 20251.0This Fred Meyer pharmacy keeps calling me. They claim to have a prescription ready for me for pickup. And if not it will be put back. First off, they called seven times month of September, six times the month of October. I called my old doctor in Washington and they said they never put in a prescription for me. Secondly, I called and told them I moved from Washington as of November 2024 and it's been a whole year that they need to stop. They said they would be obviously not. I even blocked their number. I live 4 hours away. I'm never going back there so freaking stop it! I don't like writing bad reviews but my god. Speak of annoying someone so much you call seven times in September and another six times this month. I no longer have a doctor in washington or a pharmacy for that matter. I live in the better state of Oregon. So stop it!!!!! You are blocked. No, I will not pick it up because my old doctor didn't put the prescription in.
