- MDMelaniece DerrNov 4, 20251.0I was switched to this pharmacy from RiteAid. At first I was understanding with the extreme lines, and very long waits for med refills. Months later and the experience has only worsened, it is not uncommon for me to wait up to a week to receive my medications. They never fill them in a timely manner. I am currently 2 days out of a medication I requested a refill for a week ago. I called to switch to Safeway today and I will probably receive my pills, even with the time it takes to complete the transfer request, before Fredmyers pharmacy would complete the refill. I wouldn’t send medications for my poop in the toilet to this pharmacy!

Shouldn’t be in Customer Service with those attitudes. Edit: I called the pharmacy this morning to get a prescription filled and I talked to Amy and she was very helpful and sweet. Thank you Amy!
