We had a vaccine appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM, but by 5:25 nothing was ready. When we politely asked, instead of acknowledging the long wait (over 30 minutes past our appointment time), the response from the pharmacist was dismissive and rude. This isn’t the first time either—most of the female staff members I’ve interacted with at this location come across as unfriendly and unwilling to help. (Not a gender issue, just my repeated experience with this team.) At the very least, some courtesy and communication about delays should be expected in a healthcare setting. I will not be coming back to this pharmacy and would not recommend it to others.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 30 years, but the recent turnover and subsequent re-staffing will force me to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was prescribed a new medication that I had my physician send to this pharmacy. Upon arrival, I was informed that "they hadn't received it yet", and that it might take " a day or two" before it would come through. After phoning my physician from the store, I was assured this was not the case. After leaving the store, I got a phone call from the pharmacy that my prescriptions were ready. I answered that I would be in the following afternoon. Upon arriving and waiting behind 2 other sets of customers ("Sam" is incapable of processing any transaction in under 15 minutes), I was told by Sam that my prescriptions were in fact NOT ready, moreover they were not in stock and needed to be ordered.
