We reached 30 mins early, got checked-in and asked them clearly if they would give the flu shot now or during the time of the appointment. We kept waiting for more than 17 mins and then asked again. That’s when the pharmacist told that we can’t give you the shot until it’s the time of appointment. They should have told us at the time of check in and we would have completed the grocery shopping but they didn’t. Better communication is required!

Even though they didn’t have the brand I needed in stock, she immediately offered to order it for me. After calling several other pharmacies with no luck, this was such a relief. Great service and attitude ，really appreciate it! Highly recommended!

We didn’t go yesterday, and came in today — a full day later. But when I arrived, they told me I still have to wait 40 minutes. Yes — 4-0 minutes! This is completely disorganized and unprofessional. If the medication wasn’t actually ready, why say it would be? People’s time matters.

I literally waiting for 1 hour to get my rx and ended up just getting one. Now i will have to return in the afternoon as they close for lunch. The pharmacist is pretty rude too.
