  The place was deserted , checked in 25 min early and they took me back right at my scheduled time . Took about 10 min and I was on my way .

  Great experience! Check in was easy, she was so nice! It is not easy to get my blood even when I'm hydrated and it did not hurt at all and she was so patient and and it went great!

  I can see why this place has poor reviews. These people are unfriendly, their phone system glitches so that you can't schedule an appt., and you really need to schedule. So many people waiting to get bloodwork. I walked in without appt. They were annoyed and sarcastic when I let them know about the phone glitch. There were so many people waiting for their blood draw that it was going to be 2 hours before my turn. I decided not to do business with them . . . ever.

  I had the best time getting my blood drawn because of the technicians working for you. They made me feel welcome and at ease (giving blood hasn't always been an easy give for me). I was grateful for their kindness. I am not tech savvy, and was very resistant to making the appointment on line vs. speaking to a live person, but your website was easy enough to maneuver. 10/10 recommend the whole experience.
