- CSC SmithDec 14, 20251.0OK, so this weekend pharmacist is a total joke. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for three years and getting my prescriptions without problem. Everybody else has been pretty helpful but I’ve come here on a Sunday and a pharmacist I’ve never seen before she’s got braids is saying that she can’t feel my prescription because she has to check my location of my doctor which my doctor has been in touch with these people many times so I asked her if she’s a new pharmacist and she said I’m actually no I’ve been here for five years thanks bye and walked away. I don’t even that it was like unprofessional uneducated and I don’t even know what she’s doing working here. She should be fired immediately. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

After hearing of the terrible experience my family members had shortly after they started to use this Safeway Pharmacy, I thought my service has always been ok. Nothing amazing but ok. Then I too got to experience their poor customer service as well. I’m working to have all my prescriptions moved to another local pharmacy that actually gets good customer feedback and appears to offer good service.
