Club Pilates Bonney Lake is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I signed up when they first opened and love it! They recently added more instructors and have classes on Saturday and Sunday which made it easier to get into classes. All instructors have been great and accommodating to all levels of skills.

I would not recommend Club Pilates in Bonney Lake. The billing practices and policies are very unfair and misleading. They lock you into contracts that are hard to get out of, and even when you try to cancel, they continue charging your account. There is little flexibility or willingness to work with members, even in reasonable situations. The staff make it seem simple when you sign up, but the fine print tells a different story. It feels more about money than about members’ well-being. Very disappointing experience.

I absolutely love this studio! The staff and instructors are awesome! Always so welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. They create such a positive environment that makes working out something I look forward!
Booking classes is super easy. I book ahead to save my spot, but on the occasions I’ve been waitlisted, I’ve gotten into every class quickly and even booked day of! The waitlists move fast and they’re really short, if there’s one at all.
Between the great customer service, uplifting community, and how smoothly everything runs, this studio has truly become one of my favorite parts of the week. Highly recommend!

I like the instructors so this review is not really going to talk much about instructor quality. 1. It's really hard to get into classes. Everything is always full and unless you schedule a month and a half in advance, you're probably not getting in. I was told when I signed up that oh it's so easy to get into classes people cancel all the time. No it's not. There have been plenty of classes I've wanted to get into and couldn't because they are constantly full. 2. I have an issue with their "late cancellation" policy. Says you need to give them 12 hour notice or you will be charged $15 for cancelling late. However, if you get into a class just an hour or two before and you can't make it, you are still charged the $15. This is an absurd policy. The front desk lady told me well when you sign up for a class you need to fully intend on taking it. Well I'm sorry but an hour or two notice before doesn't work for everyone. 3. The 1.5 classes often need to be modified for people who clearly do not know what they are are doing - one of the instructors even said that she modifies them and makes them easier depending on who is in the class. No. If you cannot do the class and do not know the basic moves, you probably should not be able to sign up for it. It takes instructor time to show people how to do the moves when everyone else in the class is waiting. Overall, it's not worth the very high price tag.

Disappointed and still waiting for a refund months later
I wanted an intro class and since they didn’t have any available, they asked me to sign up for a membership at Club Pilates Bonney Lake at the end of February. I was told by the staff member helping me that I would get a refund if I didn’t enjoy the class, especially since I didn’t get an intro session.
I attended my first class on Monday at 4 PM the next day, and it was a major letdown. I didn’t feel like I got a good workout, and I wasn’t happy with the instruction or the overall experience. I contacted the studio right after to cancel my membership as discussed.
They acknowledged my request and said I would be refunded but it’s now August, and I still haven’t received my money back despite following up multiple times.
This has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication and accountability. If you’re considering signing up here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being cautious with upfront payments.
