Dr. Romberg was just “gone” with no notice to us. Christina left which was a surprise for me at my last visit. The front desk turnover is evident as well. Rodney was kind but the lack of communication on the changes was poor. Additionally, the billing department needs improvement. I just received a bill from over 6 months ago despite my EOB showing immediate payment. I was also asked to pay for my adult child’s account at a visit. Based on HIPAA, this was not appropriate. I ultimately will be finding a new office.

They offer nitrous if you’re a nervous Nellie like me, but insurance won’t cover that part. Procedure went great- quick, yet thorough. We’ve been going here for about six years, and they’re running like a top!
