By far has the worst AI answering machine that I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to get a person on the phone. The AI does not understand simple commands. If you want to waste your time, you can try calling them.

Quest is an example of a company that has chosen "efficiency" at the expense of customer experience. Walking in the door you are no longer greeted by a human who can perform the many non technical tasks required to keep an office running such as answering questions and accepting samples over the counter. Instead you are greeted by a computer kiosk. Have a quick question? Go to the kiosk and schedule an appointment to get your question answered. Of course there are no appointments available today so you'll need to come back another day. Have a sample to drop off? Same process; use the kiosk to make an appointment for the drop off. No appointments available? Bummer. Sample's spoiled. Make an appointment to get a new collection kit, and another for the drop off.
It seems like the companies that make up the US medical system are currently engaged in a race to the bottom, each angling to extract the most money possible from each customer while providing the absolute minimal service quality. So disappointing.

The girl that took my blood draw was so good that I didn’t feel a thing. Very professional on time and love the new check in kiosks and screen with names and time

With a full schedule and three walk-ins ahead of me on a fasting Saturday morning, I only waited about a half hour. Meredith was very friendly, thorough and accurate, and she didn’t make me feel rushed. Plus Quest offers a more comprehensive CMP than other labs. It’s my doctor’s first choice.

My one year old had to get blood drawn and I was so worried about it.
No exaggeration, not a single tear was shed. The kindness, intention, and professionalism was better than I could have hoped. My son walked himself out of the appointment happy as can be, I am so impressed with this staff. Very grateful for the ladies who helped him today.
