  My phlebotomist Anthony was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and helped me through my slight fear of blood draws, and it was over so quick I was amazed! This experience has single-handedly reduced my fear of blood draws by 75%. Thank you Anthony and Quest

  The entirely digital check-in process does not work, and is cost-saving measure enacted by Quest at the expense of patients. I scheduled an appointment using the walk-up kiosk, but inadvertently selected the other office (there are two within 100ft of each other) and ended up waiting over an hour past my appointment time before being able to talk to a staff member and clear up the confusion. This would not have been an issue with dedicated check-in staff. I'm used to dealing with technology and it's associated complications, and still ended up frustrated. I can only imagine an elderly person dealing with this experience. In addition, the staff member was rude and unhelpful to myself and other patients in the waiting area who had similar issues. I don't entirely fault them, as I'm sure they're overworked and understaffed since Quest seems committed to working with an absolute skeleton crew in order to cut costs and make more money to pay for their CEOs $14 million dollar salary.

  Only a machine in the lobby, no person. Lab is empty. Knock on window and a bored looking tech comes over to say that I should go to a different lab or plan to wait 2+ hours because "it's just me here." Wow.

  Astrid was very rude from the start. Would not recommend going to this Quest location.
