  My experience was excellent in every category asked. Only disappointment was that there was more bleeding than normal at the point where the blood was drawn. This is my first experience with this technician. I need to check again to see if he is any different next time. So, I would just mention this fact to him next time so that he would be aware of it, as I noticed it only later, when I removed the patch from the spot.

  Quest should provide a flat surface to place purse/wallet to facilitate gathering various cards required at check-in time. Alternatively, Quest should collect required information at reservation time.

  Unprofessional, techs are unhelpful with billing/insurance questions and concerns, and the way the online patient signup works essentially deadnames you by default to the techs if you're trans (you can specify that you're transgender but not a preferred name - only what's on your driver's license?). Definitely would recommend going to a different lab or a hospital lab, if available.

  I had a blood draw today and I can't remember seeing the tech wash their hands. I know he didn't use sanitizer, but he may have washed them. Not sure why I felt uncomfortable asking if he had cleaned his hands, but either way, not cleaning them is super unprofessional. I have been to the Quest location at the hospital and had a better experience. Also, if you want a same day appointment, this is not the location to go to. Will probably not come back to this location.
