- GLGary LindsayMar 5, 20263.0Spotty operations. When you finally get service, it's fine, but you may have a long wait time in line, and reaching the pharmacy by phone can be impossible. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from the pharmacy interested in discussing my vaccinations, but asked me for my date of birth. These days, that's too risky to give over the phone to someone that calls you. The person did not invite me to call back. I did try reaching someone twice today, but nobody answered and the voice assistant said the mailbox is full (always a very bad sign for a business phone). I'm only giving three stars instead of one or two because a pharmacist took a long time to help confirm insurance coverage last time I was there, not really his fault, but he let me connect him with the insurance representative who guided him on putting in the data successfully.
