Condescending, dismissive, and often casually cruel.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've witnessed staff be extremely rude to other patients for various reasons including English as a second language. I've been treated terribly myself for calling to check to see if my prescription was in stock to be filled because there's been a shortage. When I asked to be notified if my prescription can't be refilled so I can send it to another pharmacy I'm apparently a crazy person and it's an outlandish request. Go to any other pharmacy except this one.

My husband is on anti-seizures meds and it is imperative he doesn’t miss a dose. It also is a controlled substance. His doctor said she’d approve early fill because sometimes they are out of stock and its highly stressful to have to go all over to other locations to find it. We are leaving for a trip on 1/31. I called in the renewal and the message said it wouldn’t released until 1/24 and if I’d like to have the pharmacist contact my dr for early release press 1–which I did. I didn’t hear anything so on 1/24 I went to pick up. The tech there (grey hair female about 55 yrs old) said it wouldn’t be available until 1/31 because it was a controlled substance. I told her we were flying out at 5:40 am so what now—he can’t without it. She said they’d call to see if they can release on 1/30. I asked if they didn’t do that when I opted for it on the phone message. She said it doesn’t say that on the message—why would they let controlled go early. I asked if she’s calling me a liar. She said it doesn’t say that and for me to quit escalating. She plays God with me, calls me a liar, and dead ends me. I went and recorded what it said and if we ever get his meds I’ll play it for her so she doesn’t treat other seniors with pure disrespect and like we’re trying to get high on anti seizure meds. Ps Other techs without a God complex ask the pharmacist who either allow it or call right then. Im most upset with the blatant calling me a liar! She should not be in that job.

Horrible! Every single interaction via phone and even in person at pick up is awful. A lot of the staff are very rude!
