The pharmacist looks miserable every time I have to come in for medication and takes it out on the customers. Coming from a small town where pharmacists actually cared enough to speak to you and explain your medications, this was a huge culture shock. I was barked at for my last name, handed a bottle of medication, and given absolutely no instructions or guidance, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I would never recommend this pharmacy to friends or family. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff is shocking. I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy. I hope something major changes here for their future customers.
