The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Amber was fantastic with my daughter going through the tests and explaining everything. We can’t wait for her new glasses to arrive.

If I had known ahead of time that the Optometrist would be calling in remotely, I would have gone elsewhere. I really don't like all this remote stuff at all. The Optometrist also never even mentioned anything about the actual health about my eyeballs from the $40 I was charged for the three different machines that do their thing to check on the interior and exterior health of your eyes. It used to only be $10, and went right up to $40. The whole thing felt rushed and too impersonal, and the complete lack of discussing my eye health was a stinker since when I went there in the past and there was an Optometrist onsite, he told me there some dark spots in my one eye we should "keep an eye on." Nothing was mentioned about this, or anything else about my eyes other than, "Your prescription has changed a enough we recommend a new pair of glasses and lenses. Everyone was nice enough, but from now on I'll be going somewhere else where there is an Optometrist right there in front of me.
