  They never have your med.s ready any they always put you on hold and then hang up after a 20 minute wait.

  People calling can be hurt, upset, in pain, or really need information. When calling and they aren't even greeted by a human being, rather they are put on hold immediately, it is disheartening, frustrating and is poor customer service. Obviously, the pharmacy is busy and workers are stressed too. Is there a reason you can't hire more people?

  Rather than telling me right away when I told them I didn’t have proof of my insur Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me I would have to pay full price for my prescription because they can’t look up insurance information like every other pharmacy in town. Gagan was extremely rude, walked away from me mid sentence, Karan was nice but clearly has zero training or any clue what to do. Worst pharmacy in town.

  This is my first time leaving a review for a business let alone a negative one. Every single time I have had to pick up a prescription from the bakerview Fred Meyer pharmacy there has been an issue. Every visit before I stop by I call a few hours ahead to confirm they have my medicine and they always say yes and it will be ready within an hour. Then when I arrive and wait in line for 15+ minutes they say they do not have my medicine or they are missing a prescription. Just last week they confirmed they had my medicine, then when I arrive 3 hours later they say there are things they need to clarify with my doctor before giving me the medication. I asked to receive a call when they have spoken with my doctor and have my medicine ready and they agreed to call me. It has been a week with no call or update so I call my doctor and they say they clarified with the pharmacy 6 days ago. The staff themself are kind, but this pharmacy is the most uncoordinated pharmacy I have had the displeasure of visiting

  Wow! Finally a pharmacy that actually cares. Goes out of the way to make sure your refills get approved even when the pcp takes forever to get around to it. The new pharm manager has really turned this place around!
