- RBRylie BrownJan 31, 20262.0The Pharmacists are incredibly kind and helpful. The black guy with the cool jewelry is absolutely amazing at customer service and finding discount codes etc. but a lot of the younger female techs do not know how to be kind to someone withdrawing from medicine and trying to deal with their absolutely crap system. If you call something in for a specific time it will never be ready by then. I asked why I schedule pick up if they’re never ready and a young woman tech told me I’m weird for asking and they don’t have enough people working for me to expect them to be on time. I don’t think understaffing should be the problem of a withdrawn community. I don’t think anyone (but especially a pharmacy employee) should call a customer weird. We’re all abnormal we all need prescriptions to get back to semi normal. I am sorry for asking weird questions to the pharmacy about when I can stop feeling withdrawn. The second star is entirely for the pharmacists, the lovely accessorized man, and the momma techs who treat you kindly and empathize.
