  Had my third appointment here this week, in the middle of getting 9 fillings done and these guys have been awesome. Courtney, Tehya, and Dr. Johal did a stellar job and were so efficient. I was in and out in under an hour and I was super happy with our dialogue and the comfortable environment they created for my dental work. Best dentist I’ve been to, highly recommend.

  Highly recommend. Efficient, kind, accommodating, friendly, professional staff. I really appreciate that they don’t push/insist/require that you get recommended work done and that they are willing to work with you and adjust around invoicing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Really enjoyed my visit today with dental assistant Tehya and Dr.Hall they both had great customer service and made me feel so comfortable. They were very attentive of anything that I needed and explained thoroughly a plan that worked well with me. They answered all my questions and made this visit feel so welcoming.

  Love their bedside manner. I was really scared of getting a deep cleaning, but they were very kind and patient while administering the anesthetic, and they were especially attentive to any discomfort or anxiety I was displaying. At first I felt embarrassed about my responses, for example all the little involuntary sounds I was making, but somehow they actually made me feel brave instead of silly. Matter-of-fact, quick, efficient, and always keeping my priorities first (they had me identify my main objectives and concerns during the first exam). All in all, I feel like I’m in very capable hands and that they are truly listening to me and taking my both my long-term health and short-term comfort very seriously. Thanks to Dr. Patel and Tehya for such a positive experience. I’d stopped going to the dentist for such a long time partly because of a lot of bad experiences in town, and I’m happy to say I’m looking forward to getting back in the habit of prioritizing my oral health and establishing an enduring relationship with BDG.

  Similar to other 1 stars- I went here for my first I take and they said I needed 8 fillings. They were very adamant about immediately booking the appointments and not really giving me time to process the information. They also told me they weren’t sure if my insurance would cover any of the treatments (this was the red flag that made me take a big pause). I ended up going to two other dentists for second and third opinions and both of them said that the diagnosis was excessive. I had two teeth that needed to be filled (all covered by insurance) and then two others that needed to be “watched”- it’s been a year and they still do t requiring filling yet. Similarly, my husband went here and they freaked him out about having gum disease and needing treatment ASAP. I got him an appointment with my new dentist and they were very clear: he doesn’t require treatment for his gums. Given the amount of procedures (and potentially unnecessary procedures) I’m fairly certain this place is PE (private equity) owned. They’re here to bill you for as much as possible, not provide outstanding healthcare.
