I had a very disappointing experience with Sama. The way she treated me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. From the beginning, her attitude felt hostile and dismissive, and it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. What upset me the most was not just her tone, but the way she acted throughout the interaction. Her behavior came across as unfair, cold, and degrading. Instead of speaking respectfully and trying to help, she made the situation worse with her attitude and actions. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, looked down on, or disrespected like that. I left feeling shocked and insulted by the entire experience. Based on how I was treated, it strongly felt like there was prejudice behind her behavior. Whether intentional or not, the interaction was deeply offensive and unacceptable. I would not recommend dealing with her if you expect basic respect and professionalism. Management should seriously address this kind of behavior, because no one should be treated this way.

The Safeway pharmacy on 140th here in Bellevue is the best!!! They always answer the phone and if you are on hold its not very long. The Staff is always very knowledgeable, professional and kind. You do not have to call and remind them to fill a prescription. I never had to wait in a long line either. Thanks for doing such a great job Safeway!!!

I came in on the day before Thanksgiving so they seemed a bit overworked, but I was able to pick up my prescriptions and they were holding up with poise and professionalism.
