I'd lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time and with that came the loss of some muscle. I got most of that muscle back in the 6 months I have been with FastFit (The Perfect Workout). The trainers are great, the full body results in 3 sessions per week was better than the results I've had after years at other gyms. The cost is a little high, but if you can afford it, it's worth it.

I have been going twice a week for approx 6 weeks and love how strong I am feeling. I was able to go skiing and my legs were not screaming at me. It is amazing how just 20 mins can accomplish so much. Especially like the encouragement from Megan and the small intimate feel of the studio… highly recommend!
