  Never on time. Says the prescription is ready. No. Wait for 45 minutes. HIGHLY do NOT recommend at all. If there was a choice for 0 stars I would have selected that.

  Have had issues with my insurance denying me flue shots over the years. Checked before I went and said "valid". When I arrived for a "free" flue shot, I'd get attitude from the reps about how they couldn't give me a free flue shot because of insurance reasons. For what should be a free flu shot you're kidding me right? Then out of pity they gave it to me any ways. Alright, I'm not dumb stop giving half assed excuses. You can't deny me service. I've done nothing to you to be denied service and have been providing good customer service to you as well. I have taken my flu shots else where over the years and don't have to deal with refusal of service because they don't want to do it. I show up and don't get turned away. This location is in credibly slow at filling prescriptions. I'd place them on Monday then they would not be ready for over a week. They are good about holding it for a few days and up to a week if needed. Because they know their clients are working folk. I may move my pharmacy to a closer one to my home for convenience.

  Extremely rude pharmacy technician! I have never been judged or had comments made about my medication until now. I’m sorry, but you have no reason to voice your opinion about a medication I am taking — especially when you are not my doctor. Your role is to assist patients in getting the medication they need to stay healthy, not to offer unsolicited personal opinions. She repeatedly talks over you and even hangs up the phone when she’s done talking. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unnecessary, especially in a pharmacy setting where compassion and professionalism should be standard.

  This pharmacy consistently fails to have prescriptions available or delivered on the day they are supposed to be filled, including medications that are harmful to miss dosages of. They also seem perennially understaffed and communication between staff is poor. I would avoid this location until QFC can get its act together.
