  The level of service provided to someone who is isn't even a customer is amazing. A month ago I needed a couple of screws for my remick glasses. Amy ordered them from Italy a month ago. They arrived at my home in Spokane today. Simply wow 🙏🙏🙏 highly recommend this store for Oliver peoples products. I definitely will be purchasing my Gregory peck frames from Amy and this store. Failed to mention.. No cost. Thank you Amy!

  A robust selection of Eyewear. The selection of non-prescription sunglasses are extremely high quality and the optician that helped me select a pair is not only precise, but fashionable. I highly recommend Oliver Peoples as a great destination for designer eyewear.

  I went into the Oliver Peoples boutique in Bellevue to get new glasses, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. She told me they would only sell me the frame — no lenses — because I didn’t have my eye exam done there. That makes no sense, especially since the Oliver Peoples website clearly lets you upload your prescription and order everything online. On top of that, I had to track down what I wanted myself, and most of what I got from her was simply, “we don’t have that.” No effort to offer alternatives, no attempt to make the process easier, just a flat refusal. It’s disappointing to see a luxury brand lose out on an $800+ sale over something like this. The policy feels rigid and customer-unfriendly, and the service didn’t match the level you’d expect from a boutique at this price point.

  Once you purchase glasses here, you won't go anywhere else. Make an appointment with DK and relax. He will help you select the perfect pair and his team in the back, opthamologist experts handle to rest. You can never go wrong with Oliver Peoples ;)
