- FVfred VOct 19, 20251.0My mother got the top of the line hearing aids from this place. It was her birthday present.it is not only the most expensive in the market but the worst. They charged her insurance for $10000 and asked me to pay an extra &2500.00. Her hearing aids do not work well. She went for adjustment at least 20 times without any improvement. This office and the products that they represent is below the average. Be advised. DO NOT GO to this place or buy any of their products. You will be wasting your money and time. No apologies was made To have wasted so much of our time and our money. They have a very deceptive Advertisement and faulty products. My mother finally succeeded to get a product that works great at a fraction of the cost at Costco Do not waste your time and money . Do not become a victim as we did. They will overcharge you and leave you helpless.

- BCBob CerelliSep 22, 20235.0I've had hearing aids from another well known manufacturer for several years and decided to try the ones from Miracle-Ear. Immediately I noticed 2 important technical things for me: 1. How much better the the clarity of the higher frequencies is. While I could hear them, particularly with higher pitch speaking, sometimes it was difficult to know what they were actually saying. Immediately now that is resolved. 2. Even with the other hearing aids, when in a crowded room like a restaurant, it was difficult to understand conversations, even from the person sitting across from me. Often I just wouldn't go to these family or other social events. With the increased processors on the Miracle-Ear, somehow it automatically reduced all that background noise and converstations were clear and understandable. And lastly is how personable, friendly and attentive all the staff there are. Many issues and questions are resolved quickly and easily. They even schedule appointments to have the hearing aids cleaned (something I previously need to do on my own)

I'm glad for the follow-up services they provide, quick answers to e-mail, customer service.
