Excellent facility. Excellent teachers. What I like about Infrared Yoga is that it is warm, and I sweat, but it is not so hot I’m wiped out the rest of the day, which is what happens at other studios. I highly recommend Infrared Yoga.

Some from desk people are really rude here. They marked my class as missed when i was exactly 3 min late to the class due to traffic. I dont think the late entry policy is applied to all members. I have seen people arriving late to class. I dont understand why they dont apply the same rules to all, especially to class pass bookings.

First time visit and i was late for 5m, not on purpose cause of traffic and there was no parking in the area. They didnt let me in and wanted to charge a no show and late fee. they also charge you a fee for rental mat. The front desk girl sounds just rude. So somewhere elese people, don't come here. TruFusion is way way way better. Friendly staff who would guide you to the classroom, free rental towels and mat and.

As someone who loves hot yoga but not a boiling hot room, this is the perfect place! I love all of the instructors and the atmosphere of the studio is wonderful!

Frequently Asked Questions About Infrared Yoga

What is infrared yoga, and how is it different from hot yoga?

Infrared Yoga uses modern infrared technology to warm your body directly, rather than surrounding you with hot air like traditional hot yoga. This creates a comfortable heat, similar to the warmth of the sun, between 92-99 degrees. It’s not stifling, and the air remains cool and breathable.

How does infrared yoga improve immune system function?

Infrared heat stimulates circulation and increases your body’s core temperature, mimicking the effects of a mild fever. This helps your body produce more white blood cells, which are essential for fighting infections and boosting immunity.
