  TL;DR: Out of four child care providers I've used, Homewatch CareGivers of Bellevue has provided the worst service. Details: I've met 6 nannies so far. Two of them are from Homewatch CareGivers of Bellevue. They sent 2 nannies in 2 days. Neither of them provide a good experience. The first nanny is a very young student who obviously doesn't have enough experience to care about a 8 month baby. My wife had to take over my child when he was crying. The second nanny is the worst in the 6 nannies I've met so far: 1. she doesn't care about the safety of the baby. She uses our kitchen to cook a cup of very hot coffee for herself. Then she uses one hand holding the coffee, the other arm holding a baby which the baby can ezly touches the hot cup. 2. she cannot focus on the baby as she checked her phone very frequently. Imagine you check your phone every few minutes while you are working. 3. left half an hour earlier then scheduled. 4. The health condition is a problem. She held my son for a few minutes and then said her back hurt, so she stopped holding him. I would suggest this company to train their employees more professional. Thanks.

  I called after hours and they answered, and they were able to get me care within 24hrs of my call. My mom broke her hip and needed overnight care so I could sleep. All the care providers were amazing and the management checked in often. They will be my first call if I have a need in the future!

  I love my Homewath agensy !The owner and managers are very nice ,kind and helpful ! They understanding us any time ,Also Childcare manager Whitney and Staysee are so nice ,friendly ,helpful ,and they both hard workers and they doing their job from hearts !

  We are exceptionally pleased with this caregiving agency for several specific reasons. When they have a new caregiver for my wife, the caseworker comes with them to train her on my wife’s specific routine. Sometimes this training is for more than one session. Best of all, if a caregiver is unable to come for a shift, the caseworker who already knows the routine comes to fill in for that shift, so we always have coverage! Additionally, the communication between us and the caseworker is very prompt and keeps us up to date. They have found very compassionate, attentive, capable, caregivers for us and are a great company to work with! We recommend them highly!
