- NTNick Tucker1 day ago3.0Kroger closed the Redmond location despite it being busy. The least they could do is offer longer hours at the only other Fred Meyer pharmacy within a 40 minute drive. So glad they're optimizing shareholder value at the expense of customer experience and convenience.

They've never made an error with my prescriptions. On the very rare occasion there's some sort of issue with my prescriptions, they've been receptive and helpful!

Do they realize people aren’t taking medications for fun? That maybe people actually need their medicines in a timely fashion. One of their techs literally told me on the phone “well what do you want me to do about that” — your job maybe?
