    I wanted to check out the business and start a new membership. When I stopped by, the doors were locked during business hours and a lady inside would not let me in. Next, I tried their customer service line which is in Denver. After waiting on hold a few minutes, I decided this place doesn't need new customers.

    The communication channels are frustrating and disappointing. I finally went in person and I was even more disappointed on how the communication was handled. My impression is that the manager has her hands tied and they are doing the best they can with the limited resources they were given by upper management. But here’s where corporate leadership should show up and support their staff with proper resources to provide competitive customer service. I opted not to join this place. I prefer to go to another location where the communication with the local staff is easier. I don’t want my phone calls to be transferred to a call center where the hold time is over 60 minutes.

    We were doing a sister weekend and found this place next to our hotel and had the most amazing experience. The instructor was just perfect and so welcoming. We left feeling fabulous! Facilities are really nice too!
