Arrived literally 30 seconds late and they refuse that we go in, even though there was only one other person in the class and they had barely just sat down they hadn’t even started talking yet I had talked to the front desk lady twice very rudely responded and said that the instructor hates late people which mean that the instructor hates me I feel welcome whatsoever. She looked me up and down when I walked in and I really need to be more flexible because it wasn’t our fault when my Uber got there a little late overall this place has terrible service no patience, no flexibility and is very rude to their customers

Terrible service walked in exactly 2 minutes late, and they would not let us in even though the class had one Other person, and she had just sat down on the reformer. Beyond frustrated and never coming back. Try to explain it wasn’t even our fault because our Uber couldn’t speak English

I really wanted to like this Pilates studio, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service is very poor - staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I had questions, and I didn't feel welcomed as a client. To make matters worse, they made charges to my account by mistake and promised a refund, but I never received it. For the price of classes, I expected cleaner environment, professional staff, and honesty in billing.

I’ve done over 100 classes here and I honestly just think I stayed because I didn’t want put in the effort to find another studio. I’ve completely avoided classes certain days of the week because an instructor has yelled at students before and shamed them in front of the whole class for doing the exercise wrong- which made me anxious to attend even when it wasn’t directed at me. One instructor would literally sit on their phone and bark exercises at us and say “good job” but never look up from her phone. Any time I DO find a good instructor they leave after a few months. The availability of advanced classes outside of working hours with good instructors is limited. Sure it’s great if you have a lax job, you’re retired, or you’re a stay at home wife of a wealthy tech guy, but for normal people with normal jobs who need to work to even afford the membership it’s impossible to find good classes with good instructors at your level that aren’t during work. I’ve had classes canceled on me on the way to class multiple times with nothing more than a sorry in return (according to reddit other CP studios give some sort of “cancellation grace” in the future). But if you’re going out of town for a couple weeks good luck scheduling all those classes because they don’t let you roll over classes between months (a policy that they must’ve changed because I was told that they would be understanding when I signed up and have had classes rolled over before) but my unpleasant interaction with the assistant manager about this policy was my final straw. Grace and Kathryn were great instructors.

Not really sure what’s happening with the new ownership, but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s really worth my time and money. You used to be able to self check in but that was recently disabled, due to too many no shows, which I get but you already have their monthly payment and their no show fee, why punish all of us? They hire front desk people who don’t actually man the front desk. You have to go find them to check in if you don’t check in with them, you get charged a no-show fee. There’s a guy on Wednesday midday who can’t be bother to get out of a chair to actually help. My instructor actually had to leave the class to help somebody in the lobby because he couldn’t be bothered. I know you can do better.
