- DKDean KatoNov 22, 20254.0Five stars for the service of Dr. Tsai and staff. They accommodated my schedule, and Dr. Tsai is empathic and a high level service provider. She wants to make sure her clients are well served. Good products recommended, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. If I owned this company, I would be embarrassed by the audiometric/"soundproof" room that's used for testing. Some egg crate foam was put up for appearance, but I could still easily hear people in adjoining offices and other spurious noises that could impact the audiology results.
