  I love to say thanks for this great free service and excellent job you guys are absolutely incredible everyone be a professional from the front desk and the DR was very good and right at time too I will high recommend your service thanks thanks 👍 Audio Nova,is pretty good 👍

  The audiologist showed high professionalism and matched my need with the right solution. However, my after-sale experience was marred by repeated unanswered phone messages. It could be a result of understaffing.

  Five stars for the service of Dr. Tsai and staff. They accommodated my schedule, and Dr. Tsai is empathic and a high level service provider. She wants to make sure her clients are well served. Good products recommended, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. If I owned this company, I would be embarrassed by the audiometric/"soundproof" room that's used for testing. Some egg crate foam was put up for appearance, but I could still easily hear people in adjoining offices and other spurious noises that could impact the audiology results.
