- MMMichelleJan 16, 20261.0Let's start with the line is always crazy long, one of the ladies on the phone was super rude . Qfc used to remind me when I had one script left and needed to call the doc maybe it was to just be nice but it helped especially when your a busy mom and have mom brain . The lady at Safeway told me very rudly that it's my child and not their responsibility. Then for days was told they didn't get authorization from my doc they did by the way two days previous my child runs out of meds and they are still saying oh we don't have it . Amber the pharmacist seems to be the only amazing helpful one there. So thankful for her but the rest of the team seems to not care much or have a good attitude.

The pharmacist will lie to you on the phone about what medications they have available, won’t advise you they don’t have the necessary equipment to use the life saving medication, and will yell at you when you ask why you weren’t advised.
