- ECEmily CookSep 6, 20223.0I get my prescriptions here because they take my insurance. Otherwise I wouldn't still be picking up my medicine here. The staff is always very kind and they do their best to help, but it seems something always goes wrong. Several times they tried to charge me full price for prescriptions that my insurance covers. Same issue three weeks in a row. A few times they filled with the generic instead of name brand so I had to wait around the store while they fixed it. It's very frustrating to come every two weeks to get the same medicine with the same insurance and yet still have problems.
