Maybe care is hit and miss at this office. We saw Dr Jensen for about 10 years. My son had caps put in around age 3 or 4. Due to chemo therapy destroying his teeth. No fault of ours. After a few years at every check up I asked about the caps and growth because from the age of 4 to 13 they didn't grow with his other teeth. They are at gum level. And the baby teeth should have fallen out by now. I was told "we will watch them" by Dr Jensen over and over. They are at gum level! I finally went for a second opinion and was told by two different Dr's they should have been pulled years ago. Now I'm out thousands of dollars trying to correct and fix his mouth. I trusted Dr Jensen and he failed my son. His mouth now needs extensive work. I don't know if he sees too many kids in one day but the care was lacking for both my children. Half the time I had to remind him that my son underwent chemo and thats why his teeth were smaller than normal. Did he not read the chart? Why was it always a surprise when its clearly documented. He was his only dentist his whole life. He also watched cavities develop and become a bigger problem rather than correcting them early. I asked questions and I trusted them. Im angry and want to warn others. Get a second opinion if your gut is telling you too. Don't wait.
