I called to see if my prescription was ready and they told me it would be ready in an hour. I don't drive so I bussed down to the Auburn Safeway an hour and a half after the phone call just to be told it wasn't ready. They told me they needed to outsource my prescription and when I asked why they would tell me that it would be ready in an hour when that's not true they shrugged and told me that "they probably didn't look to see if we had the supplies." And then told me to call the next day at 2:00pm to check and see if it was ready. So I called the next day at the time they told me to and the pharmacist wasn't even available to take my call!!! I called TWO MORE TIMES after that and no one answered and I left voicemails each time giving my name and DOB and asked them to call me back. I never heard from them. Then I call again today to see if its ready and they say it is except when I get to the pharmacy they didn't even fill the whole script!! I was missing two thirds of my prescription and they told me to wait another 45 minutes and didn't even apologize for the mistake. This is the closest pharmacy to me and the bus takes 30 minutes to an hour to get to and from my house. So now what should have been an hour and 15 minute trip has now turned into a 2 and a half hour trip.

THE PHARMACY HERE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Tried switching bc it’s closer to where I reside but that was a HUGE MISTAKE! A script that should’ve only taken a few hours MAX has turned into DAYS! They are absolutely terrible and clueless! Going back to Walmart pharmacy! That should speak for itself! 0/10, will not return, don’t recommend, will not come here for anything besides gas. Their grocery selection is also trash. AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!

There's always three people too busy in the back counters and one person handling a line. Why?

Customers demand better service!!!
The customer service at this pharmacy has been absolutely horrible. Calls are never returned, wait times are excessive, and prescriptions are frequently processed incorrectly. When issues arise and I ask to speak with a manager, I am placed on hold indefinitely—only to have no one ever come to the phone. When I eventually hang up, there is no follow-up or return call.
This is a pharmacy. Where people receive their medications. That alone should demand a higher level of care, responsibility, and respect. The way I have been treated as a customer is unacceptable. Would you treat your mother or grandmother this way?
I understand this pharmacy has taken on many patients due to Rite Aid closing. However, that is not an excuse for poor service. I was never treated this way at Rite Aid—they consistently went above and beyond for their customers. It’s extremely disappointing that we are now forced to deal with a pharmacy that refuses to provide even basic customer service.
The reviews reflect this experience—two stars speaks volumes. Management and ownership should be ashamed and take a hard look at what needs to change. If you choose to be in customer service, then provide it. Something needs to change here, urgently.
I have already pulled our entire family from this pharmacy and will NEVER send any of our patients, friends or family to this pharmacy!
