I am extremely disappointed with the repeated carelessness and inconsistency at this pharmacy. My parents are elderly and depend on their monthly medications, which I have set on auto-refill. Despite this, issues occur almost every month: refills are not processed on time, notifications are not sent, and each staff member provides different and conflicting information. This has been happening for several months. I regularly hear completely different statements such as, “Wait 15 minutes,” “It’s not ready,” or “It will be ready in a couple of days,” yet what actually happens is always different from what they say. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly patients who rely on timely medication. There are a few very kind and professional employees, but some staff members behave in ways that make my family feel unwelcome. I have noticed eye-rolling, frustrated facial expressions, and an overall dismissive attitude. As an Indian family, this has made us feel uncomfortable and possibly discriminated against. We are not asking for special treatment—just basic respect and professionalism. Another ongoing issue is that when a medication is not approved by insurance, no one contacts us. We received no phone call, text, or message. We only find out days later at pickup that the medication is not covered. This creates unnecessary delays and puts patients at risk. For example, one medication refill was overdue by more than 30 days. I received no auto-refill notification. When I called on December 4th, I was told it would be ready by 2 PM. However, I didn't receive any notification until 11:30 AM today. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the first staff member told me the medication is not ready and asked me to wait 15 minutes. After I mentioned what I had been told the day before, another technician came out and suddenly said it was ready. This kind of confusion and contradiction happens repeatedly. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the medication label shows the date 12/04/25. If the medication was not ready, why was that date printed? If it was ready, why was the customer not notified, especially after the refill was already overdue? These ongoing issues cause unnecessary stress for families caring for elderly parents. Consistency, communication, and respectful service should be the minimum standard at any pharmacy. I hope management will take this matter seriously and make sure there are improvements.
