  I just went there to pick up a pair of reading glasses. Didn't go in the pharmacy but the store is very clean and very nice remind me of Fred Meyers in Puyallup

  I have always had a good experience when picking up a refill or a new prescription., however there is one situation that is really annoying and that is when I receive a phone call advising me to come in and pick up a refill. Yesterday, I got a phone call to pick up a refill so, since I had other prescriptions to pickup I went in and out of three prescriptions I was able to pick up two and was told the third would be ready tomorrow (today) morning. Today, like always I got a phone call from Haggen's that the prescription was ready so on my way home from another errand I stopped by only to be told the prescription had just arrived and wouldn't be ready until the afternoon as the staff had to sort through the prescriptions. My question is WHY DOES THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN? Lesson learned I am going to wait two days after receiving a phone call that the prescription is ready. I don't like getting a phone call at sometimes two or three calls that a prescription is ready only to be told it's not ready "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me."

  Horrible experience every time, I’m the only person there and they tell you 20 minutes, then you come back 30 minutes later and they tell 10 to 15 more minutes, it’s kind of pathetic service and they seem confused and it’s very inefficient

  The wait time for prescriptions has been ridiculous lately. My last prescription was sent in electronically at 8:30 AM. I was in the area and road construction was still an issue, so I swung by to check on the status around 4 PM. Was informed they were slammed and running behind and assured me it would be ready the next morning. I was understanding and said that would be alright and confirmed it would be ready for pickup by 10 AM. 2 PM and still nothing, so my wife went in and received the same excuse. 32 hours they had my prescription before it was filled and only because my wife was forced to make a big deal out of it, not because they felt compelled to get through their backup in a timely manner. 0/5, and I have moved my prescriptions to Costco in Bonney Lake.
