  Subject: Ongoing Prescription Delays and Inaccurate Information – Pharmacy Complaint I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated issues with prescription fulfillment at this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, my prescriptions have not been filled within the stated timeframe and have been delayed by several days and, in some cases, weeks. When I contacted the pharmacy to inquire about these delays, I was repeatedly provided with timelines and explanations that later proved to be inaccurate. I was informed that prescriptions were “in process” or “ready soon,” only to discover upon follow-up that they had not progressed. This pattern has occurred more than once. These delays and the lack of reliable communication have caused significant inconvenience and concern. Timely and accurate dispensing of prescribed medications is essential for continuity of care, and the recurring issues at this location have undermined my confidence in their ability to provide reliable service. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed to determine whether this pharmacy is meeting contractual and service standards required by the insurance plan, and to prevent similar issues for other members.   I have had repeated issues with this pharmacy regarding prescription delays. On multiple occasions, medications have been late by days or even weeks, despite being told they would be ready within a much shorter timeframe. What is particularly concerning is the inconsistent information provided when following up. Each inquiry results in a different explanation, and the timelines given are often not accurate. This makes it difficult to plan and undermines confidence in the service. Timely and transparent communication is essential in healthcare, and unfortunately this pharmacy has not met those expectations. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location to those who require dependable prescription fulfillment.

  Extremely disappointed. This pharmacy is consistently late with prescriptions—not by hours, but by days and even weeks. Every time I follow up, I’m given a new excuse or explanation that later turns out not to be true. What’s most frustrating is the lack of honesty and communication. If there’s a delay, just say so. Instead, I’m repeatedly told things are “ready” or “almost done,” only to find out that nothing has changed. Reliable medication timing is important, and unfortunately this pharmacy has shown again and again that they can’t be trusted to deliver on what they promise. I would not recommend relying on this location if you need prescriptions filled on time.

  I have been a patient of Fred Myer Pharmacy for over 15 years on and off. I was treated very poorly tonight by a Pharmacist. They are supposed to have my medicine ready in the morning but they did not order it. They said they had to order it and that I won't get it until the afternoon. They told me they wouldn't partially fill it. I am really sick and the Doctors believe I have Pneumonia. I have an appointment for an X-ray tomorrow morning and need the medicine to even be able to go to the Appointment. Now I have to reschedule my appointment for a different day because I do not drive or have a car because of Seizures. I was hung up on not once but twice by a Pharmacist named Jonathan. I called back and got his name from one of the ladies working there. I am really upset and am calling cooperate to speak with them about the horrible experience I just had with the Pharmacist. The way I was treated and the fact that he kept hanging up on me. He was also very unprofessional and kept sighing everytime I asked him a question. Is this how you value your Customers!?

  I am right now in real time on hold with this pharmacy... I have been on hold for over an hour with these people and the woman "helping" me says my prescription wasn't sent to them. My providers office said that it was sent yesterday! So I called these people back, I got the same woman after holding for another 25min and counting!!! 😤 This person said it's not there again and is supposed to be calling my providers office... After she said to me .. "oh we can't call them"🤔 I said you can't call on behalf of a patient you're helping????? She sighed and said ... Well ok then hold on .... Wth?? I'm still on hold and am about to walk over there and have a fit! This is unacceptable!! I really do need my meds ... So disgusting the lack of concern for a patient...🤬
