I have been on hold for over an hour with these people and the woman "helping" me says my prescription wasn't sent to them. My providers office said that it was sent yesterday! So I called these people back, I got the same woman after holding for another 25min and counting!!! 😤 This person said it's not there again and is supposed to be calling my providers office... After she said to me .. "oh we can't call them"🤔 I said you can't call on behalf of a patient you're helping????? She sighed and said ... Well ok then hold on .... Wth?? I'm still on hold and am about to walk over there and have a fit! This is unacceptable!! I really do need my meds ... So disgusting the lack of concern for a patient...🤬
