  Office staff greets you like a best friend. Technician Cynthia is so efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I feel like family and my needs are always heard and resolved. Highly recommend!!

  The Miracle Ear in Arlington is very close to where I live, so it is convenient, the Staff is knowledgeable, takes time explain and gives me hands on training to allow me to feel comfortable in the care of my Hearing Aids. Thank you for your Care.

  Cynthia is very capable and thorough - and patient. If the hearing aid fit is not totally right, she will get different earpieces for them. I know that she has been training for many years and she knows as much or more than other providers I have been to, and she is very thoughtful with everyone. I feel like she is the sister I never had. And then there is the office bonus - Megan, the receptionist, is very knowledgeable and friendly, and loves decorating the office which is very pleasant to see. Megan and Cynthia work very well together, and Megan too is very sweet. It is a wonderful experience to meet with both of them. And my hearing aids are the best fit and it is wonderful to be hearing better than I used to, even though one of my ears is profoundly deaf. So good to work with someone e who really knows what they are doing. And,I have to mention this. Where I had two free trials of hearing aids in the past - the first one tested my ears the opposite of how I actually hear, and set my trial aids the way he tested them. I could hear nothing since he claimed my worst ear was the best ear! Then I tried a second brand, and she changed the ear molds to smaller ones, I think. Whatever, one fell out of my ear at home and we had a terrible time trying to find it. When we called and told the office we could not find it, they were eager to order another one for me at a cost of over $2,000. I declined since I knew it was in our house. Fortunately I found it in a room other than I expected but returned the aids because they did not make it so that I could hear any better, although their advertising. It has been so wonderful to deal with reputable, knowledgeable people. Thank you Cynthia for wonderful service.
