My name is Ryan, I am currently experiencing withdrawals from lack of my medication for 3 days for the first time in my life. I have tried to call throughout the weekend starting on Friday up to 6pm on Sunday night while I lay sweating in bed in order to see if my medication has been processed but no one has picked up the phone. I am grateful for your patience, kindness, and answers when I have the strength to go in person, but now when I needed you the most, I received no answer. If you had asked me to stay on hold for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, etc, I would have obliged because it is that important. I'd like to believe I am a strong person so I can endure the brain fog, rapid heart rate, night sweats, and nightmares that result from these withdrawals for the past 3 days, and I know its also on me because I should have never let myself run out of meds but please...please pick up the phone when someone calls because to the people you serve, this could be all the strength they have. Please, pick up the phone. It could save someone's life.
