  I was removed for staying healthy. Once I finally needed to be seen I contacted Family Medicine in January of 2024. They told me they would get back to me and send paperwork to establish me as a new patient. I eventually got healthy, however I never received any paperwork and never got a call back. I tried again in April for a check up and was told that they would send me paper work. 3 weeks went by and nothing. Called back in May and they said that they don't mail things out like that [totally lied too]. They told me they would find out and call me at the end of the day. Obviously they did not so I called back to see if I could schedule an appointment or not and got a different story again. Last 3 times I have been on the phone with them, I had to wait 20-30 minutes at least to get them to pick up the phone and when they finally did, they were rude and snarky.

  Horrible! Every experience I've had was awful. I had an appointment at 9:45 and i wasn't seen till 11. Even when the waiting room had only a couple people. Then I sat in the exam room for another 30 mins. I eventually got up and said i was leaving. Suddenly the doc was available to see me. All this for a prescription refill. The workers at the front desk also acted like I was bothering them or something. Rude. You will never get a call back or an answer on the phone either. I called 9x in a week and left messages. Never a call back or answer. Thats when i decided to find a new doc. Overall, horrible! Go somewhere else!!! They do not care.

  Katie Clarkson is very thoughtful and thorough. I think the staff are very friendly and efficient also.
