I am very unhappy with the treatment I received today when I complained that my hearing aides really do nothing for me. I would think that for $6,700. they would help me hear. They do not. She told me they are old and need to be replaced and it is not her problem. I will not be going back and if I ever do replace them it will NOT be with Miracle Ear.

Found out these guys would test me for free even without insurance, so it seemed like a good idea. Dr. Leona was very friendly and explained my results to me. Turns out my hearing is great, which is very comforting after years of thinking it wasn't. Now I know it's a processing issue, not a hearing issue.
