She refused to perform a routine cleaning and kicked me out just because I refused to have my blood pressure taken! I wasn't even rude to her at all!

- ECErica CoutureJan 12, 20211.0The dental care here is fine. No complaints there. However, I had a cleaning scheduled and I cancelled the day before because I was exposed to Covid. I told them I would call back to reschedule. A few weeks later, I received a letter in the mail saying that because I missed my appt with them, they were terminating their relationship with me. I called and left 3 different voicemails with the person that supposedly deals with that stuff and I never heard back. So I took myself elsewhere. I am receptionist is a medical office myself so I understand how frustrating it can be when people do not show or cancel their appts last minute but we would never treat a patient the way I was treated. Very poor customer service.
