Wow, this place is so bad now. I have used this pharmacy since I moved to williston almost 6 years ago and I can honestly say it was the best. The people were so nice, there was never issues. Fast forward to now and you'll be lucky if they answer the phone, or even give you your full prescription without some missing. Finally got someone on the phone and the guy says "we get that ready for you" then hangs up while I'm literally in the middle of asking a question. After 2 hours of calling I get hung up on after 30 seconds on the phone because he says they are busy? I get that but you can't hang up while someone is checking on a medication. The fact that multiple people have said they have prescriptions that were missing is super concerning and needs to be looked at. Not sure why These new people were hired or why it was a complete overhaul but this is bad. I've never experienced anything like this at any pharmacy I've ever been to.

This pharmacy used to be amazing until a whole new crew came in and what an absolute joke they are. I'm sorry, but how can you never answer a phone? The communication, friendly staff, and normal pharmacy standards are gone now. Not to mention having someone you can't understand when they do finally answer the phone, and that guy then decides to just hang up before I can verify any information. It was super weird he knew the prescription I was calling about without my name or birthdate? Super weird stuff going on at this pharmacy now.

Giving one star only because I can't post this without at least one. Since Maureen left this pharmacy has gone to hell. Called 8 times over three days, never an answer and not taking messages so have to drive 15 miles every time I have a question. When at the counter the staff will not look up from the computer to at least say "Be right with you"...never a hello, never a smile. I asked to have my meds transferred to another pharmacy and they only transferred one, saying all the others needed new yearly Rx's. NOT TRUE. Will NOT miss this pharmacy.
