Every instructor is wonderful and super knowledgeable, I have become stronger and worked muscles I didn't even know I had. Each class is a bit different and fun, and never feels boring or repetitive. This past month I've been working with an injury and the instructors have been so accommodating that I haven't missed a beat. This location is genuinely welcoming of everyone and I love how truly inclusive the environment is. No matter your fitness level or needs, you are welcomed in this community. I recommend this place to everyone!

I usually take a morning class with Alisa who is an amazing instructor. She is personable and professional. She mixes in moves to engage certain areas such as glutes but also gives a full body workout. I have already seen amazing results!

I was a little nervous as I have very stiff joints and I'm not very flexible. The instructor was able to give me modifications and adjustments to help me get the most out of the class. I felt so great after my first class and I cannot wait for my next one!!
