I would give only one star, but every once in a while I work with someone who is not surly or annoyed. Are y'all understaffed?

Completed online form, with detailed health insurance information, plus called ahead to confirm to see if they accept BlueCross Blue Shield health insurance card. And did I need a prescription card. No prescription card needed by pharmacy tech. Drive 20 minutes to get there. The pharmacist then says we cannot bill the heath plan. You need a prescription card. No where did it state that on the online form, nor on the big sign in the store. Very frustrating.
