Completed online form, with detailed health insurance information, plus called ahead to confirm to see if they accept BlueCross Blue Shield health insurance card. And did I need a prescription card. No prescription card needed by pharmacy tech. Drive 20 minutes to get there. The pharmacist then says we cannot bill the heath plan. You need a prescription card. No where did it state that on the online form, nor on the big sign in the store. Very frustrating.
